Olympia Tools International is recalling Pack-N-Stroll Premium Folding Utility Wagons. The wagon has a design flaw that can trap a child’s head. It also lacks a seatbelt, which can cause children to fall out. This poses a serious risk of injury or death to children.
About 530 units affected. None reported injuries.
Why This Happens: Technical Breakdown
The Pack-N-Stroll wagon has a dangerous gap between the tray and the side. A child’s head can get stuck in this opening. If this happens, the child could be seriously hurt or even die.
Also, the wagon doesn’t have a seatbelt or other way to keep kids secure. This means a child could easily fall out of the wagon while it’s moving. This could lead to injuries from the fall.
