URGENT RECALL: Sierra 125U Youth ATVs

The Hazard

CRASH AND BURN

Lil Pick Up is recalling Sierra 125U Youth ATVs because they don’t meet safety standards. These ATVs can crash or catch fire, which could lead to serious injuries or even death. It’s important to stop using these ATVs immediately to protect yourself and others. The recall includes ATVs sold under the brand name “Rider 9” as well.

About 700 units are affected. No injuries have been reported yet, but the potential for serious harm is high.

Technical Breakdown

The Sierra 125U Youth ATVs fail to meet the mandatory safety requirements for youth ATVs. This means they might not be stable enough, or they could have problems with their brakes or other important safety features. Because of these issues, there’s a higher risk of crashes, rollovers, and other accidents that could seriously hurt the rider. The fuel system isn’t up to par, creating a major fire risk.
