Why This Happens: Technical Breakdown
The Fortemotus bed rails have a dangerous design. People can get stuck in the bed rail itself or between the rail and the mattress. This can cut off their breathing and cause them to suffocate. The bed rails also don’t have strong enough support. They can break or move, causing people to fall out of bed.
Also, the bed rails have push pins that are the wrong size. This means they might not fit properly. If someone tries to adjust the bed rail, they could get cut by the pins. All of these problems make the bed rails unsafe for adults.
