The Hazard
CLASS 1 WARNING: FALL AND ENTRAPMENT HAZARDS
Harppa is recalling their 5-in-1 Convertible High Chairs. The high chairs don’t have the required safety straps. This can cause children to fall out and get hurt or die. Also, a child’s head can get stuck between the seat and tray, which is very dangerous.

Why This Happens: Technical Breakdown
The Harppa high chairs are being recalled because they don’t meet safety rules. High chairs are required to have a restraint system (straps) to keep kids from falling. These high chairs were sold without the straps. This means a child could easily fall out of the chair and get seriously injured.
