The packaging of the Sefudun Hair Growth Serum Kit does not meet these safety standards, meaning a child could easily open the bottle.

Minoxidil, when ingested, can cause serious health problems in children, including low blood pressure, rapid heart rate, and other cardiac issues. Because of the packaging failure, there is a significant risk of accidental poisoning if a child gets ahold of the serum.
